Tories romp home in the County Council Elections

Wycombe Constituency Conservatives have romped home in the County Council Elections in all but two seats, being returned mostly with an increased share of the votes.  Labour was effectively wiped out, and the challenges from the other parties did not materialise.  Even the Liberal Democrats' efforts came to nothing except in Bowerdean Micklefield & Totteridge, which they held with a slightly increased percentage of the vote.
