Councillor Ditta has followed in the footsteps of Julia Wassell by defecting to the Liberal Democrats.  Ditta has no been a member of all three major parties.  His defection reduces Labour's representation on the County to zero although they remain the smallest party on the District Council with 4 Councillors to Labour's 5.  The Conservatives have 49 and are by far the largest party.
