Wycombe MP Steve Baker recently visited the Frieth School to see a performance by the Circus Normandie. The PTA had decided to embrace the Big Society message by financing the Circus to come to the school. The learning theme for the summer term was 'All the Worlds a stage'. The idea was for the children to learn skills such as teamwork.
A few weeks prior to the visit of the Circus, Steve took some of the children to Downing Street to deliver an invite to Prime Minister David Cameron.
David was unable to attend the performances that the Circus provided on June 11th, however Steve was there to see the Big Society in action.
A big thank you to the staff and pupils of Frieth School.
